What is a service agreement?

As of January 1, 2022, buyers and sellers working with a REALTOR® and their brokerage will have to sign a service agreement before any services are provided. As your REALTOR®, this is my pledge to deliver on my promise of professionalism, at every step of the home buying or selling process.
